The fact of having worked in the public, public and private organizations confers to him a perfect knowledge of the institutional and economic functioning of the territories. This allowed it to develop work methods that could be applied to all developing territories, particularly in tropical areas.
Thanks to these experiences, the accumulated know-how and the methods he developed, he decided to create a project management company dedicated to the management of territorial projects in May 2016: NOVATER. The strength of this company: its ability never to dissociate global vision and local approach and to adapt constantly.
